- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. 5. The New Jersey Board of Nursing shall require that the number of credits of continuing education required of each person licensed as a professional nurse or a practical nurse who provides perinatal treatment and care to pregnant persons, as a condition of biennial license renewal, include one credit of educational programs or topics concerning explicit and implicit bias, which educational programs and topics shall meet the requirements for a training program set forth in subsection b. of section 1 of P.L.2021, c.79 (C. 26:2H-12.108).
