Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 46:8B-5
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Any unit may be held and owned by one or more persons in any form of ownership, real estate tenancy or relationship recognized under the laws of this State.
