Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 51:11-16
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
In addition to their powers and duties as prescribed by Title 51 of the Revised Statutes, all weights and measures officials in this State shall have the duty of enforcing the provisions of this act.
