The Division of Pensions in the Department of the Treasury, created and established by P.L.1955, c.70 (C. 52:18A-95 et seq.), shall be known and be referred to as the Division of Pensions and Benefits. Any reference in a law, rule, regulation, judicial or administrative proceeding, or otherwise to the Division of Pensions shall mean and refer to the Division of Pensions and Benefits.
