Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 52:31-1.5

  • Fair market value: The price at which an asset would change hands in a transaction between a willing, informed buyer and a willing, informed seller.
Nothing in this act shall preclude an owner of record from repurchasing his interest at the current fair market value even if the property at issue is not assembled to his property.
