Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 54:37-8
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
No executor or administrator shall be entitled to a judgment settling his final account or to a discharge in any court of this State unless he has complied with the provisions of section 54:37-5 of this Title.
