• Answer: The formal written statement by a defendant responding to a civil complaint and setting forth the grounds for defense.
• container: means wrapper, case, basket, hamper, can, bottle, jar, tube, cask, vessel, tub, firkin, keg, jug, barrel, or other receptacles, but the word, "package" shall not include open containers which permit a visual and physical inspection by the purchaser at retail, nor bags and other receptacles which are filled in the presence of the purchaser at retail.
