The Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act applies to volunteer health practitioners registered with a registration system that complies with Section 5 [12-12A-5 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of that act and who provide health or veterinary services in this state for a host entity while an emergency declaration is in effect.
