The Subcontractors Fair Practices Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 13-4-31 to 13-4-42 shall not apply to any transaction occurring after the contractor and the listed subcontractor have executed a subcontract unless subsequent action on the subcontract relates to subcontractor listing requirements.
