The directors of the Curry county fair association, a nonprofit corporation organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the state of New Mexico, may by resolution accept the provisions of this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 16-6-25 to 16-6-30 and upon filing with the secretary of state a certified copy of such resolution, is thereupon and is hereby constituted and designated as the bi-state fair association and entitled to all rights, benefits and privileges as such, and may change its corporate name to the bi-state fair association by amending its articles of incorporation in the manner now by law provided for such amendments.
