A. Artificial wildlife may be used, and defined as game animals or birds, for the purpose of prosecution pursuant to Section 17-2-31 or 17-3-1 N.M. Stat. Ann., or for prosecution for shooting at, from or across a roadway.
B. Violations of shooting artificial wildlife shall be punished pursuant to the applicable penalty provisions of N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 17.
