Such designated clerk or clerks shall be officially appointed by a written appointing order signed by the commissioner of public lands, bearing his official seal, which appointing order shall contain a specimen of the signature to be used by each clerk, in addition to the usual personal signature of each clerk. Any appointment may be revoked at any time by a similar order signed and filed as provided in this section. Each appointment and any revocation of appointment shall be filed in the state land office and in the office of the secretary of state and thereupon shall become effective without the necessity of being filed in any other place. Each clerk shall be under properly conditioned fidelity bond pursuant to the Surety Bond Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 10-2-13 to 10-2-16.
