Representative district thirty-eight is composed of Dona Ana county precincts 1, 2, 5, 63 through 65, 95, 111, 117 through 119, 134 and 173; Sierra county precincts 2, 6 through 8 and 10; and Socorro county precincts 1 through 8, 10, 11, 17 and 18.
