Bonds of the New Mexico institute of mining and technology issued pursuant to N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 21, Article 11 shall be in such form and denominations as the board of regents of the institute shall determine, due and payable not later than twenty- five years from date of issue. The bonds shall be payable in consecutive order commencing not later than two years from date of issue.
