Each local school board may, to the extent funds are available pursuant to Section 3 [22-15-17 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of the Historical Codes Act, post, in a nondiscriminatory manner not favoring one religious or ethno-cultural background over another, durable, permanent copies of the historical codes in each regular instructional classroom in the school district.
