The certification of the results of an election held on the question of imposition of a public school buildings tax shall be as prescribed in the Local Election Act [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 1, Article 22], and in addition to the reporting of results required by the Election Code [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 1], a copy of the certificate of results shall be delivered immediately to the secretary.
