A person may acquire an automated external defibrillator if the person has met all the requirements of Section 24-10C-4 N.M. Stat. Ann.. Nothing in this section limits the right of a person to practice a health profession that the person is otherwise authorized to practice in accordance with the laws of New Mexico.
