The mayor shall sign all commissions, licenses and permits granted by the governing body, and other acts that the law or ordinances may require, or the commissions, licenses and permits may be authenticated as authorized under the Uniform Facsimile Signature of Public Officials Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 6-9-1 to 6-9-6.
