The testimony of a victim need not be corroborated in prosecutions under Sections 2 through 5 N.M. Stat. Ann. § 30-9-11 to 30-9-14 of this act and such testimony shall be entitled to the same weight as the testimony of victims of other crimes under the Criminal Code.
