As used in Article 8 of the Revised Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, [32A-11-1 N.M. Stat. Ann.] the term “executive head” means the governor. The governor is hereby authorized to appoint a compact administrator in accordance with the terms of Article 8 of that compact.
