An Indian child who is the subject of a child custody proceeding, a parent, guardian or Indian custodian from whose custody the child was removed or the Indian child’s tribe may petition the court to invalidate that action upon a showing that the action violated any provision of Section 4 [32A-28-4 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 5 [32A-28-5 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 7 [32A- 28-7 NMSA 1978], 9 [32A-28-9 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 12 [32A-28-12 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 13 [32A-28- 13 NMSA 1978], 14 [32A-28-14 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 16 [32A-28-16 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 17 [32A-28- 17 NMSA 1978], 18 [32A-28-18 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 19 [32A-28-19 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 21 [32A-28- 21 NMSA 1978], 28 [32A-28-28 N.M. Stat. Ann.], 34 [32A-28-34 N.M. Stat. Ann.] or 35 [32A- 28-35 NMSA 1978] of the Indian Family Protection Act.
