Each municipal judge shall make monthly written reports to the governing body of all money collected by him; provided he shall account separately for costs collected pursuant to Section 35-14-11 N.M. Stat. Ann. [repealed]. The reports shall be filed and the money collected shall be paid to the municipality not later than the tenth day of the month following collection.
