All remedies available for the collection and enforcement of child support apply to medical support ordered pursuant to the Mandatory Medical Support Act. For the purpose of enforcement, the costs of individual or group health or hospitalization coverage or liabilities established pursuant to Section 40-4C-12 N.M. Stat. Ann. shall be included in a medical support judgment.
