Any person who fails to hold in confidence information required to be held in confidence by Subsection A of Section 4 [41-8-4 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of the Arson Reporting Immunity Act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).
