If the court appoints commissioners pursuant to Section 42-5-6 N.M. Stat. Ann., each commissioner, in addition to the requirements and disqualifications applicable to commissioners in Section 42-5-6 N.M. Stat. Ann., shall be disinterested and impartial and not a party to or a participant in the action.
