Terms Used In New Mexico Statutes 46-14-16

  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.

A. acceptance under Section 46A-7-701 N.M. Stat. Ann.;

B. giving of bond to secure performance under Section 46A-7-702 N.M. Stat. Ann.; C. reasonable compensation under Section 46A-7-708 N.M. Stat. Ann.;

D. resignation under Section 46A-7-705 N.M. Stat. Ann.; E. removal under Section 46A-7-706 N.M. Stat. Ann.; and

F. vacancy and appointment of successor under Section 46A-7-704 N.M. Stat. Ann..
