Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 47-4-1 to 47-4-9, including, but not limited to the filing of a false affidavit, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense.
