If any provision of the Uniform Partnership Act (1994) N.M. Stat. Ann. § 54-1A-101 to 54-1A-1206 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of that act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of that act are severable.
