Terms Used In New Mexico Statutes 54-2A-1203
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
The Uniform Revised Limited Partnership Act modifies, limits or supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., but the Uniform Revised Limited Partnership Act does not modify, limit or supersede Section 101(c) of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in section 103(b) of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
