Any dealer who shall willfully violate any of the provisions of Section 4 [57-16-4 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
