penalty.] Every contract, combination or monopoly of any kind which in any way prevents, restricts, prohibits or interferes with any competitive exhibitor or exhibitors from acquiring his or their proportionate share of any product or products of any producer and/or distributor, or any other person, as in this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 57-5-1 to 57-5-22 provided, is hereby declared to be illegal. Every person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or more than twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) and by imprisonment at hard labor for not less than twelve months nor more than twelve months.
