The director and all officers and employees of the division shall, before entering upon the discharge of their duties, in addition to any oath required by the constitution of New Mexico, take and subscribe an oath to keep secret all information acquired by them in the discharge of their duties under the Banking Act except as may be otherwise required by law. All employees of the division shall be covered under the surety bond provided pursuant to the Surety Bond Act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 10-2-13 to 10-2-16.
