Whenever a bank is examined more than once in any calendar year as provided in Section 58-1-46 N.M. Stat. Ann., the bank shall pay to the financial institutions division of the regulation and licensing department an amount determined by the director to be sufficient to reimburse the division for its actual expenses in conducting the examination.
