The director may waive or modify, in whole or in part, any or all of the requirements of Sections 302 [58-13C-302 N.M. Stat. Ann.] and 303 [58-13C-303 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of the New Mexico Uniform Securities Act and Subsection B of Section 304 [58-13C-304 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of that act or the requirement of any information or record in a registration statement or in a periodic report filed pursuant to Subsection I of Section 305 [58-13C- 305 NMSA 1978] of that act.
