A. fraternal benefit societies pursuant to N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 44; B. health maintenance organizations and their promoters, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, solicitors and other representatives pursuant to N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 46;

C. health care plans and their promoters, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, solicitors and other representatives pursuant to N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 47;

D. prepaid dental plan organizations and their sponsors, directors, officers, personnel and representatives and member contracts pursuant to N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 48; and

E. motor clubs and their sponsors, directors, officers, representatives, personnel and operations pursuant to N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 50.
