Any action by the superintendent pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Assigned Risks Law [59A-32-1, 59A-32-3 to 59A-32-13 N.M. Stat. Ann.] shall be subject to review and appeal as provided in Article 4 [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 4] (examinations, hearings and appeals) of the Insurance Code.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
