Any action by the superintendent pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Assigned Risk Pool Law shall be subject to the review and appeal as provided in N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 4.
Terms Used In New Mexico Statutes 59A-33-13
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
