This article [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 34] applies as to domestic stock insurers and domestic mutual insurers as defined in Sections 71, 74, and 76 [59A-5-4, 59A-5-7, and 59A-5-9 N.M. Stat. Ann.] of the Insurance Code.
