B. Article 2 [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 2] (department of insurance); C. Article 4 [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 4] (examination, hearings and appeals);

D. Article 10 [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 10] (administration of deposits);

E. Article 16 [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 59A, Article 16] (trade practices and frauds); and

F. Article 53 [not codified] (transitory provisions).
