The local government division shall calculate the amount of funds to which all leasehold communities are entitled as provided in Subsection B of Section 3 [6-6A-3B N.M. Stat. Ann.] of the Leasehold Community Assistance Act and shall include that amount in the division’s annual budget in the general appropriation act. These budgeted funds shall be used to replenish annually the money available for distribution from the leasehold community assistance fund.
