Nothing in this 2011 act [6-8-7, 6-8-23 N.M. Stat. Ann.] shall prejudice or impair the rights of a qui tam plaintiff pursuant to the Fraud Against Taxpayers Act [44-9-1 to 44-9- 14 NMSA 1978].
