Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. ^{Source: OCC}

A. seek payment from an account or its proceeds for benefits provided to the beneficiary of the account pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 529A; or

B. undertake estate recovery from an account pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 529A.
