A person who willfully violates, attempts to violate or conspires to violate any of the provisions of the Gaming Control Act specifying prohibited acts, the classification of which is not specifically stated in that act, is guilty of a fourth degree felony and shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-18-15 N.M. Stat. Ann..
