Any person properly licensed pursuant to the Collection Agency Act [61-18A-1 N.M. Stat. Ann.] on the effective date of the enactment of the Collection Agency Regulatory Act is eligible to be granted a license under the provisions of the Collection Agency Regulatory Act.
