If the commission makes a specific finding of the items enumerated in Section 61- 29-23 NMSA 1978 and determines that a claim should be levied against the real estate recovery fund, the commission shall enter an order requiring payment from the fund of that portion of the petitioner’s claim that is payable from the fund pursuant to the provisions of and in accordance with the limitations contained in Section 61-29-23 N.M. Stat. Ann..
