Unprofessional conduct pursuant to Subsection H of Section 61-8-11 N.M. Stat. Ann. for a podiatric physician licensed under the Podiatry Act includes using false or misleading advertising or making a false or misleading statement in communications with patients or potential patients or using a misleading or deceptive title or designation in a name or title of a podiatric practice.
