Any person obstructing the access of the forestry division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department or the division’s agents to lands, as provided in Section 68-2-8 N.M. Stat. Ann., is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be sentenced to not less than thirty days nor more than ninety days in the county jail or fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or both such imprisonment and fine.
