A distribution pursuant to Section 7-1-6.1 N.M. Stat. Ann. shall be made to the veterans’ services department in an amount equal to the money designated pursuant to section 7-2-30.4 N.M. Stat. Ann. as contributions to the veterans’ services department for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the Vietnam veterans memorial near Angel Fire, New Mexico.
