Upon the conditions and under the circumstances set forth in this act [N.M. Stat. Ann. Chapter 72, Article 17], the authority, to carry out the purposes hereof, from time to time may borrow money to defray the cost of any project, or any part thereof, as the board may determine, and issue the following securities to evidence such borrowing:

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
A. notes;
B. warrants; C. bonds;
D. temporary bonds; and
E. interim debentures.
