Except as otherwise provided in Sections 73-21-45 through 73-21-50 N.M. Stat. Ann., as hereafter amended from time to time, the limitations appertaining to the issuance and the terms and conditions of refunding bonds shall be the same as those provided in Sections 73-21-1 through 73-21-54 N.M. Stat. Ann., as hereafter amended from time to time, for an original issue of bonds.
